The great thing about being in a team, is being able to share not only problems which in a way lessens the burden for one person, but also sharing of lives.
In every opportunity we do try to share. Problems and even the ridiculous things we get into or have gone through in our lives or in our day.
Usually over lunch, snack breaks or impromptu snacks on our station and even during a lull in a work-mode atmosphere, where someone would suddenly say something strange, or as most cases are: "relatable". LOL
